Here, we see regular plane division using Penrose tribars. Tribars are fade out, while inreasing distance from center. Note that there’s reduced copy of the same fractal structure inside every triangle.

Holland artist and mathematician Rinus Roelofs constructs charming mathematical structures. He constructs his structures in computer but some of them became sculptures in various Holland towns.

Italian artist Maurizio Savini uses chewing gum as the material for his art and these sculptures are creatively well done. That’s a lot of chewing gums for the size of his sculptures and I wonder if he actually bought those from the supermarkets.
