Eye Trick Illusion. Moving or not?

This eye trick bases off of a pattern, and it works pretty nice!
The black dots in the square looks like they ares moving continiusly from upward to downward and downward to upward and from left to right and then right to left, the square in the middle of the image it look quite dizzle also.

The ad, for Jakarta’s pet emporium JAKPETZ, promotes Frontline Flea & Tick Spray with the slogan “Get them off your dog.”
